Return & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the product enters the supply process, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Conditions:

• You can create a return request within 14 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Returns are not accepted for personalized products or products requiring hygiene standards.
